Cancellation Policy

At Sadda Pind, we understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy to all our guests. Please read the following terms carefully before making or modifying your reservation.

Cancellation Terms

More than 2 days prior to check-in date: You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge.
1 day prior to check-in date:A cancellation/modification fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be applicable.
No-show (failure to arrive without prior notice): Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a NO SHOW and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
On or after the check-in date and time:Cancellations or modifications are not allowed after the check-in date and time mentioned in the confirmation voucher. The full amount is non-refundable.

Modification Policy

Modifications to dates or guest details are subject to availability and may incur rate differences depending on season and room availability. We recommend making changes well in advance to avoid inconvenience.

Refund Policy

If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 to 10 working days.
The amount will be returned to the same payment method you used while booking.

Important Notes

All cancellation/modification requests must be sent via email or communicated through our official helpline.
Any government taxes or booking platform service charges may be non-refundable, depending on third-party policies.
